This quarter, we hosted 14 events or working sessions covering the intersection of Knowledge and AI in various ways: collaboration, Knowledge Domain Analysis, nurturing adaptive workforces, employee experience, and more.
This is how our work evolves – huge thanks to the 500+ people who participated in these events!
Latest AI Guidance
We continue to learn from the community about how AI is rapidly transforming work.
- Innovation Lab: Reimagining Customer and Employee Experiences in the Age of AI – this Member-only event revealed opportunities to enhance customer experience while being committed to evaluating pros and cons. Challenging assumptions should be a habit and course correcting is worth celebrating while sharing lessons learned.
- KCS in Action Lab: the Intersection of KCS and AI – this public event highlighted how AI outcomes are only as good as the knowledge it pulls from. For AI to scale effectively, you need trusted content, consistent structure, and clear workflows for curation and reuse.

More Member Explorations
Two virtual gatherings built directly on ideas sparked during Open Space at Annual Summit. These sessions helped ground abstract ambitions in practical next steps and gave Members a chance to compare notes on metrics, success indicators, and role evolution.
Recordings and discussion notes available via Member Wiki login:
- Evolve Loop in Motion: Applying AI to Knowledge Domain Analysis – How can emerging technologies help us detect and understand value?
- Nurturing Adaptive Workforces: Human-Centered Roles in an AI-Driven World – What metrics can measure cultural health and the role of AI in shaping organizational interactions?
KCS Methodology Update
Many of the Member discussions this past quarter contributed to finalizing an update to Technique 6.5: KCS Process Adherence Review from the KCS v6 Practices Guide.
