5. Regional Participant
In order to support the growing interest in KCS outside of North America, the Consortium is introducing a Regional Participant level membership in Europe. Regional Participant membership will enable people based in European and neighboring countries to participate in two team meetings hosted in Europe each year. Member benefits include:

- Two representatives per face-to-face Program Team Meeting (European locations only*)
- Attend the Annual Member Summit at the discounted member rate

*The Regional Participant Membership does not include participation in team meetings held in the US. To participate in both European and US team meetings, please join at the Participant or higher level membership.

The Fine Print
- All Consortium Member Benefits are based on Annual Membership (12-month period from renewal date)
- Benefits which are unused within that 12-month period expire, and do not roll over to the next year of membership.
- Workshops and engagements are based on availability and need to be organized in advance. All workshops are intended to be delivered virtually. In person meetings will incur additional expense.
- Benefits are stand alone and cannot be applied to other Consortium or Academy offerings. (Member services, Training Offerings such as workshops, online training, unlimited use license, or others).
- Member companies that are eligible for the online training benefit and have already purchased the unlimited use license of the KCS v6 Fundamentals Course may exchange the KCS v6 Fundamentals online training benefit for more KCS v6 Fundamentals exams. Digital Transformation and Managing in a Digital Economy courses can not be exchanged for Fundamentals exams.
- Online Training is delivered through the KCS Academy Online Learning Center and cannot be customized for individual member companies as part of the Consortium Member benefit.
