The Consortium for Service Innovation hit an incredible milestone this week: 10,000 certified professionals in Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS)!
This achievement by so many people across 73 different countries is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and collaborative spirit of our Members, Certified Trainers, and Aligned Service Providers.
Together, we continue to develop and evolve KCS into an impactful knowledge-management practice recognized industry-wide. As the only authorized certifying organization for KCS, we are immensely proud to represent over 30 years of contributions from so many passionate individuals.
