Welcome Christina Roosen

Christina Roosen

We are pleased to announce that Christina Roosen will be joining the staff of the Consortium for Service Innovation on March 17, 2025 as the Director of Enablement.

Thanks to her frequent and thoughtful participation in Consortium events, Christina has gained a reputation as a leader, collaborator, and contributor to the community.  She has consistently opted-in to share her ideas and perspectives in order to help others.  Christina has presented at multiple Annual Summits and has proven to be an outgoing host at Consortium meetings.

In 2022, Christina was named a Consortium Innovator in recognition of her years of contribution to the Consortium’s work, including lending her experience and experimentation to the Understanding Success by Channel project, leading a series of calls on healthy measures, sharing her skills as a community manager, and co-founding and co-facilitating the Salesforce Service Cloud Community of Practice. In her most recent role as a Principal Business Systems Analyst for Akamai, she served as strategy and communications lead for their services-focused AI adoption program (among other projects), and thanks to her generosity of spirit, continues to help shape thoughtful implementation approaches for the Consortium community as a whole.

As the Consortium continues to focus on enabling our Members and the greater community, Christina’s 25 years of support operations experience, including her experience with community management, business intelligence, process transformation, and training development and delivery will serve us well.

Please join us in welcoming Christina!
