Welcome to our new Executive Director!

Kelly Murray , December 4, 2018

Please join us in welcoming Matt Seaman as the new Executive Director of the Consortium for Service Innovation!  He will be joining the staff on January 1, 2019.

In anticipation of his retirement, current Executive Director Greg Oxton will continue his work with the Consortium in the role of Strategic Advisor over the next year.

In his 23 years at PTC, Matt has held numerous positions building and leading teams focused on premium account management services, technical support, and most recently, Customer Success and Field Operations.  His leadership of service organizations, operational experience, and passion for innovation will serve the Consortium members well.

Matt has been an active member of the Consortium since 2013 and was named a Consortium Innovator in 2015 for his significant contribution to the Consortium’s work.  Most notably, Matt launched and has greatly influenced the conversation around the Predictive Customer Engagement initiative.

“I am excited to take on this leadership role and to join the staff and the members in continuing the evolution of the Consortium’s work.  Participation in the Consortium events has been one of the most enjoyable and productive elements of my career,” says Matt.

If we can answer any questions about this transition, please let us know.
