As AI automates more knowledge work, human skills like empathy, trust-building, and curiosity are becoming key differentiators.
At Summit 2025, an Open Space session explored the idea that relationship-building may define the next era of work, picking up where knowledge work leaves off.
In this follow-up conversation, we’ll explore how to recognize and support these roles:
- Can we identify indicators, metrics, and outcomes that matter most in this new era of work?
- How might this work connect with our evolving guidance on adaptive organizations and leadership?
- What can we borrow (reuse!) from Measurement Matters to shape a shared understanding of value?
This event will be recorded.
