  • How do I know if I’m “doing KCS” in smaller or non-traditional settings? Explore work Members have done around the non-negotiables of KCS, and discuss various approaches.  
  • Cross-cultural KCS: what are the considerations and how do we address them?
  • Attending to the Evolve Loop: Launching a KDA Program after 15 years of KCS

The meeting agenda offers time for Open Space discussions where participants can discuss the unique challenges and opportunities that European organizations face.
