Join us in person in Dublin for conversations around how Consortium Members are improving customer and employee success by leveraging what they’re learning from KCS and Intelligent Swarming implementations – with the help of new AI and automation capabilities.
The meeting agenda offers time for Open Space discussions where participants can discuss the unique challenges and opportunities that European organizations face.
There are no registration fees associated with this event for Consortium Members; seats are included depending on your level of Consortium membership.

Logistics
There is plenty of parking onsite. If you need transport to and from the office, asking your hotel reception to book for you is the best option.
Hotels
Close to the Office
- The Address Citywest (formerly Kingswood)
- Within walking distance to the office, it’s less than 1KM . It has a bar and restaurant and is close enough to a local town with public houses that serve food. It would require transport into the city centre, should you wish to visit.
- Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley
- A bit away from the office; requires transport to and from. It is located close to a large shopping mall with options for dining and shopping.
City Centre (lots of options!)
- Aloft Dublin City
- Often used for SAP business travellers. It’s in the city centre so more options for all things like dining, shopping etc. It is some distance from the office so travel to and from the office would need to be arranged.
KCS and Intelligent Swarming are registered service marks of the Consortium for Service Innovation. By registering for this event, I am agreeing to abide by the Member Rules of Conduct and the Photo Policy.
