We will show off the new Video Plan resource and feature two Members who have already put it to use: Holly Palmer from F5 and Russell Horton from Motorola Solutions.
Based on an Open Space session at the September 2022 Member Summit – Incorporating video content into KB articles – a working group formed to further explore the topic. After 8 meetings between November 2022 and June 2023, the group has a great new Video Plan resource to share with Consortium Members!
