Leveraging KCS in knowledge-intensive parts of the organization that aren’t support has long been a topic of interest to Consortium Members. Now we have Members who are making it happen! 

Join Patrick McBride and Ludwig Heil to hear about their efforts at Oracle to implement KCS in a pre-sales environment including their strategy, lessons learned, and ongoing challenges. 

We’ll explore how we might develop a repeatable approach to applying KCS Principles, Core Concepts, and Practices in a non-support/services environment.
