The Consortium is looking forward to our 2026 Annual Service Innovation Summit at Hotel Valley Ho, a unique restored mid-century modern hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona from April 28-30.
About Summit 2026
- Approximately 130 attendees
- Attendees include upper- to mid-level managers, global managers, program owners, customer service leaders, and knowledge workers from a wide range of companies.
- 3-day event starting with a cocktail reception April 27 and ending April 30.
- Dinner Tuesday night is included for all event attendees. Hosted outside under string lights and up-lit palm trees, the dinner will start with a cocktail reception and is always a highlight for attendees.
We are offering a limited number of trusted companies the opportunity to sponsor a memorable Summit dinner on Tuesday evening, April 28.
Dinner Sponsorship Includes:
- Dinner sponsor companies will be listed with logos and thanked on the event website, registration confirmation emails, and printed event agendas.
- Signs with sponsor logos will be printed and prominently displayed at the entrance to the dinner reception and dinner.
- Sponsors can bring and display “Pop-up, Retractable Banners” at the Dinner if desired.
- Dinner sponsors will be thanked, including a slide with logos, during the event kickoff.
- We will provide a list of registered attendee names, titles, and companies to the dinner sponsors one week before the Summit (attendee emails are not provided).
- Dinner sponsors may invite their customers or partners to join us at the Summit at the Member rate, which is $700 less than the non-Member rate.
- Individual gift bag insert (approximately 4.25 x 5.5 inches), thanking the Dinner Sponsor with agreed upon language, including a QR Code pointing to your website or designated landing page.
- Opportunity to place a small logo item in the gift bag, to be mutually agreed upon by the Consortium and Sponsor. (Logo Squishy, Socks, or something of similar size) Bags are not large.
- One Vendor Series webinar at 50% off the standard rate (if scheduled within 12 months after 2026 Summit).
