Join us virtually to explore ways to nurture an environment where adaptive people thrive.
This event is open to Consortium Members only.
After a year of upheaval, it has become more evident than ever: it’s a competitive advantage to create a working environment that people want to be in. Healthy cultures don’t just attract high-quality talent, they ensure that good employee experiences lead to good customer experiences.
At this year’s Member Summit, we’ll review the work the Consortium members have done around KCS and Intelligent Swarming as complex adaptive systems, building healthy measurement models, and the Understanding Success by Channel project, as well as a new framework for thinking about organizational culture. In addition, we’ll learn and practice a process that enables us to work directly and effectively with our own beliefs and thoughts, transforming the way we think about our problems, and shifting the way we interact with our current complex systems.
We’ll also have time to connect with other attendees at happy hour, virtual “water cooler,” and Open Space sessions.
