KCS in Action at the University of Copenhagen. April 9, 2026 at 8 am Pacific.

Patrick Thams-Dimon, Knowledge and Lean Manager, describes the KCS journey at the University of Copenhagen.

With the help of Caroline Rippl of VisionWillow, this three year old program has generated a lot of data. They’ll show us several dashboards they’re using to communicate the success and impact of the program.

As always, there will be time for questions and discussion.
