Executive Participants
Executive participant benefits are only available to Benefactor and Sponsor Levels
Executive Briefings
Participant members are eligible for one on-site briefing/workshop per year at a discounted member rate. This briefing is for members and their staffs to review the latest thinking and experience from the Consortium and to assess the relevance to the company's strategy. The briefing will cover principles and practices, and most importantly, lessons learned. The briefing offers an opportunity to bring an outside perspective to the strategic planning process of the member companies and can be set up to coincide with the planning process of the member company
Executive Summit Participation
Participant members are invited to attend the Executive Summit at a discounted member rate.
Program Team Seats
Participant members can identify two participants for the Consortium's Program team(s). The Program teams are the groups that develop and validate the practices that support the principles. Participants in the team are Directors and Global Program Managers who are responsible for the implementation of the practices within their respective companies. They participate in the definition of the operational elements, early adopter and pilot activities and refine the methods based on their collective experiences. The team(s) work is done through conference calls and remote collaboration as well as occasional face-to-face meetings.
Annual Fee
The annual fee for Participant Level membership is $9,000 which allows for participation in one program team and $15,000 for Participant Plus membership which allows for participation in two program teams.
