KCS Verification
The Consortium has developed a list of minimum functional criteria and a set of scenarios through which vendors demonstrate their tools' ability to support the KCS practices.
While the Consortium for Service Innovation members have worked to evolve the KCS methodology, we do not evaluate or recommend tools or technology.
KCS Verified v4 Products
Through the KCS Verified program, vendors demonstrate that their products support the minimum functionality required to support the KCS methodology.
To be KCS Verified v4 the product must comply with the KCS Verified v4 standards and have passed the KCS v4 technology demo assessment. The fact that the following products have achieved the KCS Verified v4 designation does not relieve the buyer of doing due diligence on the product functionality. In particular, buyers should be sure to understand the product's functionality for authoring and searching and confirm that the vendor's approach will support the buyer's needs.
