Attend this program team meeting to participate in interactive discussions on workforce evolution and the implications for employee development, job descriptions, and performance assessment.
- Where are we today and where are we headed?
- Rethinking job descriptions and employee development
- Performance assessment of individuals and teams
- What do other collaborative methodologies (like agile software development or Kanban) do around job descriptions and performance assessment?
Participants take away a deeper understanding of the challenges and solutions other members face related to these topics. Throughout all presentations there will be opportunities to brainstorm with other practitioners on strategies to overcome common obstacles.
The meeting agenda offers ample time for Open Space discussions where participants bring specific questions and challenges that they would like to brainstorm and explore with others.
