In the YouTube generation, the power and appeal of video content has large appeal. There are pros and cons for video in a B2B environment. We are currently exploring many approaches and techniques that utilize video as part of our knowledge base. Key considerations include:
- Storage
- Quality of playback
- Embedding into knowledge articles - how long should video be?
- Video creation options (Adobe presenter, captivate, camtasia, flip camera, etc.)
- Crowdsourcing ideas
